30 % deposit on booking within 10 days from the booking. Exceeded this expiry, the booking will not considered. Confirmation upon receipt and acceptance of deposit. Full settlement and guarantee deposit to be paid on arrival. Guarantee deposit against any breakage, theft or damage up to € 100,00. No refund for delayed arrivals or in-advance departures. Cancellation of the stay don’t give right to the deposit’s refund. In case of non-presentation, spent 24 hours from the arrival day and without forewarning, the Direction can relet the flat. Prices are intended for a week of stay. They are comprehensive of: light, gas, water. They’re not comprehensive of: air conditioning and whatever kind of laundry. No pets. On arrival, you have to deliver a document of identity and to communicate the generalities of the entertained people. The people's number admitted in the flats doesn't have to overcome the number of the available places. It’s strictly forbidden to entertain no recorded people in the card of notification. Damages brought during the stay to the furnishing, to the flat or to other are at expense to the guest. |
